What is Madly Bride?

Madly is an online destination for cool brides. We help brides create unique and personal looks for every wedding event in a low-stress way. We cater to any style, budget and wedding dream. We also stock jewelry and accessories from emerging and established designers (as well as vintage pieces). The busy bride never has to leave her desk to get an amazing wedding look. How is Madly e-styling different from a traditional bridal stylist?

At Madly, we think every bride deserves great bridal style whether she lives in NYC or a small town in the midwest. Our shop and services are offered exclusively online, allowing you to work with a stylist, find your perfect pieces and shop all in one place and without leaving your desk. Our custom website allows you to work with a stylist without traveling or the challenge of scheduling in-person meetings.

Why should I shop Madly?

We've pulled epic pieces from the best in the bridal industry. We also have a focus on individual style. By sourcing only unique items and only small quantities, you're less likely to look like every other bride on the block. Big bonus: almost everything on the site is ready to ship so there's no wait to try things on and you can return them if they don't work out (see our full return policy below). Plus your items arrive in pretty packaging to help you feel like the princess you are.

Shipping And Returns

How do you ship items?

You will be able to select your shipping method (USPS or FedEx) at checkout. Some orders in New York City may be available for same day delivery--contact us at hello@madlybride.com prior to placing your order. All orders ship from New York, NY. You will be notified by email when your order ships. Madly Bride is currently only able to ship within the United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Madly Bride accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Do you accept returns or exhanges?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after they are received. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, in the same condition in which you received it and with all tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging. Lingerie items are not eligible for return or exchange. To start your return or exchange, please notify us at hello@madlybride.com and we will send you complete instructions and a return label. Once we receive the item, the purchase price less the cost of shipping will be refunded via your original method of purchase.

Are items Ready to Ship or Made to Order?

Every item is ready to ship. We process and ship orders within 3 business days. Need something faster? Just ask! Some items, as indicated on individual product pages, are customizable on a made to order basis. Contact hello@madlybride.com via to order.

How do you decide what items to stock?

We do our homework to find those pieces that really get our heart racing. Many of our pieces you cannot otherwise get in the U.S. We get particularly excited to work with other women-owned businesses (girl power!).

E-Styling

E-styling, tell me more?

Here's the lowdown on our process. Pick your package and after purchase, you will receive links to our questionnaire and calendar. This stage is all about getting to know you and your preferences. After our call (or Skype or GChat session--it's up to you), you'll receive instructions to access your Look Book within 5-7 days. Your Look Book is accessed through our website and contains notes and personalized recommendations to complete your bridal look(s). The Look Book is linked so you can shop items directly. If we don't totally nail it on the first go, you'll have an opportunity to give feedback and we'll deliver a revised Look Book within 3 business days. After that, it’s time to hit the shopping cart to bring your vision to life!

Why should I work with a bridal stylist?

We think there are two primary reasons to work with a bridal stylist: (1) you want extra polish for your wedding look(s) and (2) you're short on time, or both! Today's weddings are very personalized events and we know you're over the cookie-cutter and want a look that reflects your unique personality. A bridal stylist can customize your bridal ensemble and add editorial polish that's perfect for your big day. We also know that wedding planning can feel like a full-time job when you're already a little busy. We narrow the field to the best of the best items so you can get back to the 97 other things on your to-do list.

Can you work with my budget?

Yes! We work with budgets large and small, and we try our very best to stay within the budget you provide us.

I'd like to wear vintage to my wedding. Can you help me source pieces?

Totally. We love vintage and in NYC we have access to some of the best vintage around.

Where do you source items from?

All over the web from designers and stores big and small! Generally, you should be able to shop all pieces from your Look Book online. If something that you have your heart set on is unavailable online, we'll try our best to work with designers or stores to track it down for you. Sometimes we'll recommend a piece from our own shop, but only if it's something we know you'll love.

What if there isn't a package that works for me?

Let's say instead of an entire look, you need help with shoes for your rehearsal dinner, a jacket to go over your wedding dress and a hairstyle for your engagement photos. No problem! If you fall into this, or any other camp that doesn't fit our current options, just email us (hello@madlybride.com) and we'll be happy to create a custom e-styling package just for you.

Can you work with non-US brides?

Sorry! Not at this time. We currently only work with US-based brides.

Can I gift a styling package to my fiancée, daughter, friend?
